8. Payments and Fees
Payments for bookings are processed securely through our payment provider.
Stays Pro charges a service fee for bookings, which is non-refundable.
Cancellation policies are set by the Host and vary by listing.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. A 30% fee applies for cancellations made 1 day prior. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change and circumstances may be unforeseen. In such cases, Luxurya may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future stay.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Misrepresenting your identity or listing information.
Using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Interfering with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Luxurya or its licensors.
