A booking is confirmed when a Guest receives a booking confirmation from Luxurya.

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Hosts must comply with all local laws, regulations, and terms related to renting their property.
Hosts are solely responsible for the safety and legality of their property.
7. Guest Responsibilities<\/strong>
Guests must adhere to the property rules as outlined by the Host.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay.
Guests must check the details of their booking, including the property\u2019s location and amenities.
8. Payments and Fees<\/strong>
Payments for bookings are processed securely through our payment provider.
Stays Pro charges a service fee for bookings, which is non-refundable.
Cancellation policies are set by the Host and vary by listing.
9. Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong>
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. A 30% fee applies for cancellations made 1 day prior. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change and circumstances may be unforeseen. In such cases, Luxurya<\/strong> may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future stay.
10. Prohibited Activities<\/strong>
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:<\/p>\n

Misrepresenting your identity or listing information.
Using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Interfering with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
11. Intellectual Property<\/strong>
